What is a SWOT?

One main weakness of the site is the obvious loud sounds from the airport.
There are some areas within the site that no one goes to.
The site restricts car access.
OPPORTUNITIES
One main opportunity is to make use of the waterfront. This can be brought in to attract more tourists to the site.
There are 2 historic buildings that are available to be used. These can be converted into retail shops for example.
Global interest means there will always be development that will generate money.
THREATS
Financing the site will always be a threat. The development will cost a lot of money, therefore relying on funding from multiple investors.
