We want to make sure that local jobs go to local people, equality and good pay are promoted. This section incorporates organisations that help East London residents to work.

The Olympic Delivery Authority developed a series of Learning Legacies. The construction of the park prioritised and ensured that jobs should go to local people to ensure local benefits. Their strategies included:

1. Paying a London Living Wage to all employees.

2. Providing apprenticeships through the scheme

3. Connecting with training providers

4. Including local employment targets in the contracts to ensure local people are employed first and prioritised.
