Consideration to Post-Covid Cities

It is estimated that 43% of Londoners live in flats with limited private garden space highlighting an essential need for public spaces to be lively and pleasant to use. In neighbourhoods, our main ideas to translate this are:

Integration of high-quality green spaces and infrastructure. Blue networks should be included where possible.
Instigating shared, public spaces to encourage social mixing and improve accessibility for all people.
Moveable street furniture
Benching and seating areas
Tactical spacing for small events, like an outdoor cinema.
Improving safety through street lighting to encourage people to travel through the site and feel safe, even at night.
